Landlord Electrical Safety Reports: Just purchased a rental property home or maybe adding another to your portfolio. By law you as the landlord are required to ensure electrical safety is complied with at all times. This includes when changing tenants as you NEVER know what DIY they have been practicing. We recommend that before each tenant is moved in a safety certificate is issued to ensure maximum effort is taken by YOU to ensure your tenants have a pleasant stay however long that may be.
All homes otherwise should be periodically inspected every ten years.
ProSafe Electrical Services can come in and perform a thorough inspection and testing process on all existing circuits and we provide you with a detailed electrical report on the status of your property.
Maintenance and Repairs: Why not take out a maintenance and repairs contract with ProSafe Electrical Services to ensure smooth and efficient services are provided whenever your rental property becomes substandard due to electrical faults and / or broken fixtures either through wear and tear or accidental damage. Costing will be charged at our agreed Hourly rate and any parts used will be charged to you at the cost price.
Portable Appliance Testing: Have you provided a Microwave Oven or a TV for your Tennant? Did you know that you’re legally responsible for the upkeep of that product including electrical safety?

This applies to both new and second-hand appliances and covers all electrical items supplied for the intended use of the Tenant. The only sure method of ensuring that these appliances are safe is to have them tested by a trained competent person using the appropriate calibrated portable appliance testing equipment.”
We can carry out yearly PAT testing as required for your property OR why not have it included FREE of charge if you order a Landlord Electrical Safety Report, And if we find that the item fails but it is serviceable we can carry out repairs for cost price (if replacing parts) or even free if it’s simply a wiring fault in the plug.
